I’m playing with some bulletin board options.   I will probably delete the one that’s there now because I’m not fond of it, but they will be at

bb.wwhoa.org

Bulletin boards (also called Forums) are a good place for discussions.  They require a little learning from the end users, but they categorize discussions and provide for administrators to control the discussion.

This is called a ‘WordPress’ site.   It’s commonly called a ‘blog’   It allows a single person or group of people to post articles or topics, and others can come in and comment on it.

It doesn’t offer as much security as a bulletin board, but it’s nice looking, and fairly easy to use.
